Your information is private and stays between us. This page explains what we collect, why, who else processes it and what rights you have.
Who we are

This website
The website has no user accounts, stores no personal data and uses no analytics or advertising cookies.
The booking form sends nothing to us directly. It prepares a WhatsApp message on your device, and we receive it only when you press Send.
As with any website, our hosting provider processes technical data (such as your IP address and browser) to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. This is kept only briefly.
The map on the contact page comes from Google Maps and loads only when you click “Show the map”. Google may then set its own cookies.
When you message or call us
We receive your name, phone number and what you write to us, such as the treatment you’re interested in. Messages on WhatsApp (Meta) and Viber (Rakuten) also pass through those services, under their own policies.
We use them only to reply to you and arrange your appointment. We never sell them or share them with anyone for marketing.
At the clinic
During consultation and treatment we collect the health information needed for your safety and keep your medical record. This is sensitive data, handled with the greatest care and as the law requires.
Photos & consent
Before/after photos are never published without your written consent, given separately for each channel (website, social media). You can withdraw consent at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep messages only as long as needed to look after you, and medical records as long as the law requires. Then we delete them securely.
Your rights
You have the right to see, correct or delete your data, to object to its use and to withdraw consent. Contact us and we’ll act on it promptly.
If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you can complain to Kosovo’s Information and Privacy Agency, under Law No. 06/L-082 on the Protection of Personal Data.
