How it works
COG threads give a visible lifting effect with no surgery, no scars and no long recovery. The threads are placed in the deep layers of the skin with a fine cannula or needle. They lift the area where they’re placed and stimulate collagen for months.
The threads are 100% polydioxanone (PDO), a biocompatible material used in medicine for many years that dissolves completely. Once the thread is absorbed, the collagen network your body has built remains. With their lifting effect and collagen stimulation, threads are the future of aesthetics, but they demand real skill from the doctor who places them.

How many threads do I need?
It depends on the area. Just 4 COG threads can reduce cheek sagging and lift the corners of the mouth. A full lift of the cheeks and jawline usually takes 10–12 threads.
How much does it cost?
One COG thread is €50, with a minimum of 6 threads per treatment (€300). We set the exact number by area. Larger packages often appear in the offer of the week.
Will they leave lumps?
When placed by an expert, no, you get a lift. That’s why the doctor’s hand matters, not just the thread.
How long do marks last after the session?
Usually there are none. There may be mild swelling or bruising for a few days, and you can return to daily life straight away.
